Saving and restoring program state
Saving
Saving is pretty straightforward - you should click "Save state" button in main window. Note that save files can be quite large, especially when final state (including directory tree and file information) is saved. In Simple Mode, program state is saved automatically unless this option is disabled (see
Configuring Options).
Restoring (registered version only)
You should select the appropriate physical disk before restoring ("Restore State" button is disabled unless phyiscal disk is successfully opened or image file is loaded).
After the file is opened, you will be asked if you want to continue in
Simple or Advanced mode and about the amount of data you want to restore. The screenshot below shows all possible options, some of them may not be available depending on the amount of data stored in the save file.
The default setting is to restart in Simple Mode and use all data available in the save file.
